CAD OPERATOR

About the role

Airmix Enterprise Construction Incorporated is seeking a skilled CAD Operator to join our team. As a CAD Operator, you will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings and designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software. This is a full-time role based in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

• Create accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models for construction projects

• Prepare detailed documentation, such as plans, elevations, sections and specifications

• Collaborate with engineers, architects and project managers to understand design requirements

• Modify and update existing drawings based on client feedback and design changes

• Ensure drawings adhere to relevant industry standards and building regulations

• Maintain an organised filing system of all CAD files and project documentation

• Provide support and guidance to less experienced CAD operators as required

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a CAD Operator

• Proficient in using AutoCAD and other CAD software packages

• Strong technical drawing and design skills with attention to detail

• Ability to interpret and translate design requirements into accurate CAD models

• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills to find creative solutions

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Knowledge of relevant construction standards, regulations and best practices
