About the role
As the eCommerce & Performance Marketing Executive, you will be the driving force behind two of Nanachart's most critical growth engines: paid media and marketplace operations. This is an execution-first role where you will be optimising ad sets, fixing listing issues, reading the numbers, and acting on them. Based remotely in Bangkok, Thailand, you will work independently with clear direction from the Head of eCommerce. You will take full ownership of your work without waiting to be told what needs fixing.
What are we looking for
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and/or Google Ads
Experience operating at least one marketplace platform (Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop)
Comfortable with data: can read dashboards, spot trends, and adjust accordingly
Strong proficiency in English & Thai
Self-starter who can manage tasks independently without close supervision
Open to using and learning AI tools as part of daily workflow
1-2 years in eCommerce or Digital Marketing; strong Fresh Grad profiles welcome
Key responsibilities
Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, and/or Google Ads
Monitor daily performance: budget pacing, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and make real-time adjustments
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights
Manage day-to-day operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and RedMart
Drive on-site conversion rate optimization through UX improvements, funnel analysis and checkout enhancements
Set up and manage promotions, vouchers, flash sales, and platform campaigns
Create and update product listings: titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and stock
Coordinate order fulfillment via Order Management System (OMS) to ensure SLA compliance
Monitor platform health metrics: seller ratings, response rate, and listing performance
