Specs Writer
1. Position Overview
The Specification Writer for Häfele Cebu is responsible for preparing accurate, complete, and professional technical specifications for architectural hardware, furniture fittings, kitchen systems, appliances, and project-based requirements. This role supports the Cebu Sales Team by ensuring that all product specifications are aligned with Häfele standards, client requirements, and project timelines. The Specs Writer works closely with Sales Executives, Designers, Architects, and Project Managers to ensure smooth project documentation and conversion.
2. Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed product specifications, item lists, and technical documentation for client projects, showrooms, and design partners.
Identify appropriate Häfele products based on project requirements and recommend alternatives when needed.
Coordinate with Cebu Sales Executives and Designers to gather project details and ensure accuracy of specifications.
Provide technical information, product data sheets, and specification assistance to Cebu-based architects, interior designers, and contractors.
Maintain updated specification templates, product libraries, and revision logs for Cebu operations.
Review drawings, plans, and BOQs to ensure alignment with Häfele product standards.
Assist in preparing technical documents for showroom presentations, client meetings, and project proposals.
Ensure all specification activities are logged and updated in the CRM system for tracking and reporting.

3. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
At least 1–3 years of experience in specification writing, technical documentation, or design support.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical plans.
Strong technical writing skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office, PDF markup tools, and basic CAD viewing software.
Knowledge of architectural hardware, fittings, or construction materials is an advantage.
Experience working with architects and designers is preferred.
