Far East Union Investment & Development Inc., established in 2013 and headquartered in the heart of Makati CBD, is a dynamic investment group specializing in Project Investment, Property Management, and Hotel & Resort Development.

We are currently expanding our portfolio of real estate and hospitality projects and are looking for a highly capable and execution-driven Project Development Manager to join our growing team.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Project Development Manager will oversee and manage the company’s real estate and hospitality development projects, including resort, commercial, and land development initiatives. This role requires strong project management, coordination, execution, and leadership abilities to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage project development from planning to completion

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and consultants

• Monitor construction progress, timelines, and budgets

• Ensure project execution aligns with company standards and business objectives

• Identify project risks and implement effective solutions

• Conduct regular site inspections and progress evaluations

• Prepare weekly and monthly project reports for management

• Ensure smooth coordination between departments

• Assist in project costing, budgeting, and planning

• Maintain strong control over project schedules and execution quality

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate Management, or a related field

• Proven experience in project development, construction management, or real estate development

• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

• Knowledge of construction processes, project costing, and scheduling

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Willing to travel for site visits and project coordination as needed
