GoHighLevel Expert & Funnel Builder

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled GoHighLevel expert who can build high-converting sales funnels, integrate AI-powered automations, and bring strong design sensibility to our marketing. This is a hands-on, results-driven role for someone who knows how to take a campaign from concept through to launch — building landing pages, funnels, and supporting graphics that genuinely drive sales. The ideal candidate combines deep GoHighLevel expertise with a creative eye and a proactive, ownership-minded approach to every project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and continuously optimize complete sales funnels in GoHighLevel, including landing pages and opt-in flows

• Integrate and actively leverage GoHighLevel's AI features while staying current on all platform updates

• Set up and manage marketing campaigns end to end, from initial build through to launch

• Design supporting graphics and visual assets for landing pages, funnels, and promotional campaigns

• Perform light editing and graphic work to keep all campaigns visually polished and consistently on-brand

• Structure funnels specifically to support high-ticket offers and maximize conversions

• Troubleshoot and refine existing GoHighLevel setups to identify and improve underperforming elements

• Collaborate directly with leadership to align on goals, priorities, and creative direction

• Take full ownership of deliverables and drive projects forward without needing constant follow-up

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven, hands-on expertise in GoHighLevel, including building complete, high-performing sales funnels — not just basic platform use

• Strong experience building landing pages and opt-in funnels that convert

• Working knowledge of GoHighLevel's AI features and recent platform updates

• Graphic design and light editing skills for creating polished marketing assets

• Ability to independently manage a campaign from build through to launch

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering quality work with minimal supervision

• Strong communication skills with consistent, proactive project updates

Preferred Skills:

• Experience marketing or selling high-ticket coaching, education, or online programs

• Background in real estate, coaching, or education-related niches

• Familiarity with marketing automation and AI tools beyond GoHighLevel

• Ability to provide strategic input on funnel architecture and campaign improvements

• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meeting deadlines
