GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced GHL Expert to build, implement, and actively manage our GoHighLevel CRM platform. This role covers website setup, sales funnel development, automation workflows, and the configuration of outbound and inbound lead generation processes. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who can take genuine ownership of the complete GHL ecosystem and keep it running efficiently from the initial build through long-term maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and fully configure a GoHighLevel CRM instance from scratch, including all website, funnel, and landing page components
Develop automation workflows to support both outbound and inbound lead generation efforts
Build and continuously refine sales funnels designed to move prospects toward booked meetings
Set up email and SMS nurture sequences for structured lead follow-up and engagement
Connect LinkedIn outreach processes into the overall GHL workflow architecture
Configure appointment booking systems and integrate all required calendar tools
Manage ongoing platform maintenance and troubleshoot issues within GHL as they arise
Package the completed GHL setup as a repeatable blueprint for additional business instances
Offer well-reasoned recommendations on how to simplify and optimize existing content and processes within GHL
Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience building and managing GoHighLevel CRM environments from the ground up
Deep knowledge of GHL features including funnels, workflows, automations, pipelines, and booking systems
Hands-on experience configuring outbound and inbound lead generation systems inside GHL
Proficiency in building websites, landing pages, and sales funnels within GoHighLevel
Solid working knowledge of email and SMS marketing automation sequences
Ability to integrate external tools and platforms with GHL
Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality work independently with minimal oversight
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a business owner
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach strategies and the tools used to support them
Experience with Apollo or comparable data enrichment platforms
Background in building CRM systems for B2B consulting or professional services businesses
Knowledge of SEO principles and conversion optimization for GHL-built websites
Ability to document workflows and create clear SOPs for recurring tasks
Experience managing multiple GHL sub-accounts or working with GHL snapshots
