Bilingual Virtual Assistant
Job Summary: We are seeking a Spanish Admin VA to manage daily communications across social media and messaging platforms. This role centers on handling direct messages, responding to client inquiries via WhatsApp, and maintaining organized and timely communication in Spanish. The ideal candidate is professionally fluent in Spanish across reading, writing, and speaking, and brings strong organizational skills with a consistently friendly and professional communication style.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to incoming direct messages across social media platforms in Spanish
Handle all WhatsApp communications with clients, ensuring responses are timely, accurate, and professionally worded
Monitor social media inboxes consistently and flag urgent messages or inquiries for prompt follow-up
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all conversations and client interactions
Draft and send messages, follow-ups, and replies in Spanish with the appropriate tone and a high standard of accuracy
Coordinate with the wider team to relay important client requests, feedback, or escalations
Assist with general administrative tasks related to communication management across all active channels
Ensure a consistent brand voice and professional tone across all messaging platforms at all times
Mandatory Skills:
Professionally fluent in Spanish — must be able to read, write, and speak Spanish at a high professional level
Demonstrated experience managing social media direct messages and/or WhatsApp communications
Strong written communication skills in both Spanish and English
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail in all communication tasks
Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across a remote team
Comfortable navigating social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Professional, warm, and courteous in all client-facing interactions
Preferred Skills:
Experience in a client-facing administrative or virtual assistant role
Familiarity with CRM tools or dedicated message management platforms
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous conversations without sacrificing quality or responsiveness
Background in social media management or community engagement
Experience working with Spanish-speaking audiences or markets
Basic knowledge of social media best practices and communication etiquette
