Social Media Specialist / Manager
Job Description:
ConnectPrime is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Specialist / Manager to oversee the company’s social media presence, content strategy, and online engagement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, trend-aware, and passionate about creating engaging digital content that drives brand awareness and customer engagement.
This role requires onsite work at Burgundy Corporate Tower, Makati City.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the company’s social media platforms and organic content strategies.
· Plan, schedule, and oversee social media posting productivity.
· Create engaging and high-quality content for social media and website platforms.
· Monitor audience engagement and implement strategies to increase online visibility.
· Analyze social media performance and prepare detailed campaign reports.
· Research competitor activities, market trends, and emerging social media opportunities.
· Collaborate with the Digital and Creatives teams on campaigns and branding initiatives.
· Assist in strategic planning, budgeting, and day-to-day social media operations.
· Manage multiple social media projects with varying objectives simultaneously.
· Ensure content quality, accuracy, grammar, and consistency in brand messaging.
· Support SEO and content marketing initiatives where applicable.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
· Experience managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Line, and Viber.
· Strong content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
· Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
· Creative thinker with attention to detail and storytelling ability.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
