Admin Staff (open for fresh graduates)

About the role

Supports Admin works for Flagship Store operation, LTO registration and Documentation. Gives information regarding LTO related news and advisories and maintain monitoring logs of OR/CR and plate number release.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Process LTO registration of all motorcycle units in YZONE.

2. Submit LTO registration monthly report regularly.

3. Update PNP/CSR availability.

4. Ensure accurate filling of registration documents within two (2) days.

5. Initial registration of a motorcycle should be made with the LTO minimum of seven (7) days and maximum of eleven (11) days.

6. Process all plate release and OR/CR releases to customer.

7. Process and update customer for the registration status.

8. Perform other related functions assigned by the Supervisor and Branch Manager.

What We're Looking For

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

2. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.

4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

5. A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
