About the role

What you'll be doing
Design, develop, and maintain complex data models, reports, and dashboards using various BI tools and technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions
Optimize database performance and implement data governance practices to ensure data integrity and reliability
Conduct data analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
Develop and implement automated data integration and ETL processes to streamline data workflows
Stay up-to-date with the latest BI trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our BI capabilities
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in BI development, data analysis, and reporting
Proficient in SQL, data modelling, and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Experience in data visualisation and dashboard creation
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
