Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with vehicle service and maintenance concerns.

  • Prepare repair orders and service estimates.

  • Coordinate repairs with technicians.

  • Provide service updates and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Recommend maintenance and repair services.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Automotive Technology. Mechanical Technology, or related field.

  • With experience in automotive service operations is an advantage.

  • Good communication and customer service skills.

  • Computer literate and organized.

  • Willing to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
