Your Role:

Responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of changes and releases to enterprise systems, ensuring compliance with ITIL-based service management processes, minimizing service disruption, and balancing innovation with operational stability. Works closely with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure effective planning, testing, and deployment.

As a Change & Release Analyst you will:

  • Manage end-to-end change management lifecycle (logging, assessment, approval, implementation, review)

  • Coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and stakeholder approvals

  • Oversee release planning, scheduling, and deployment

  • Ensure risk management, rollback planning, and post-implementation reviews

  • Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and audit requirements

  • Drive continuous improvement and process optimization

  • Manage ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and CMDB updates

  • Collaborate across ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Configuration)


What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • 3+ years in change/release management

  • Strong ITIL knowledge

  • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira)

  • Risk and impact assessment capability

  • Strong stakeholder engagement

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
