HR Recruitment Staff

  • Responsible for sourcing, identifying, screening, and hiring candidates for a variety of roles within the company

  • Ensure that candidates being processed will follow the standard recruitment process

  • Perform end-to-end recruitment based on the standards and timelines set by both Human Resources (HR) and the Business Unit

  • Administer a standardized psychometric test

  • Analyze data and interpret test results

  • Safe keep and monitor inventory of pre-employment exam materials

  • Handle all records with confidentiality

  • Prepare, weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment reports

  • Monitor, prepare, and send memoranda in timely manner


JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science in Psychology

  • Must be a Registered Psychometrician

  • Accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • A team player with a high level of dedication

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity

  • Related experience in Recruitment is an advantage but not required
