HR Recruitment Staff
Responsible for sourcing, identifying, screening, and hiring candidates for a variety of roles within the company
Ensure that candidates being processed will follow the standard recruitment process
Perform end-to-end recruitment based on the standards and timelines set by both Human Resources (HR) and the Business Unit
Administer a standardized psychometric test
Analyze data and interpret test results
Safe keep and monitor inventory of pre-employment exam materials
Handle all records with confidentiality
Prepare, weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment reports
Monitor, prepare, and send memoranda in timely manner
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Science in Psychology
Must be a Registered Psychometrician
Accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player with a high level of dedication
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Related experience in Recruitment is an advantage but not required
