Product Development Specialist
Conduct research and develop project proposals to support business opportunities.
Manage sourcing and procurement activities, including supplier selection and negotiation.
Develop packaging and marketing materials to support the projects.
Coordinate with internal and external shareholders to ensure regulatory and legal compliance.
Support operations in new product launch activities.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 - 6 years of experience in product development, sourcing, category management, or private label, preferably in FMCG or retail.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end product development and multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and product positioning.
Solid background in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, cost structures, logistics, and supply chain operations.
Experience in product quality standards, regulatory requirements, and testing processes.
Strong commercial acumen, including pricing strategy and P&L management.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
