Company Driver/ Logistics Aide

The primary responsibility of the Driver/Logistic Aide is to provide safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services for the organization. This includes transporting employees, delivering documents and goods, and ensuring that company vehicles are well maintained and operated in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Loading, transporting and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.

• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.

• Reviewing Delivery Receipt before and after delivery to ensure that orders/equipment are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.

• Complete daily maintenance checks on company vehicles and notifies the head of any issues

• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.

• Utilizing navigation apps to find the most optimal route.

• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

• Picking up office purchases or other administrative needs.

• Inspects returned vehicles for any damages or missing accessories

• Provide assistance in cleaning various areas at the site.

• Other tasks may be assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.
