Virtual Assistant – Real Estate Support (Australian Client)

We are hiring highly skilled Virtual Assistants to support one of our key clients — a premier real estate group in Australia, offeringresidential sales, leasing & property management, project marketing, commercial sales, and development consultancy.

We are expanding our offshore team and are now recruiting for multiple positions:

• Property Management Admin Support

• Residential Sales Admin Support

These roles require strong communication skills, real estate experience, and the ability to support Australian teams in a fast-paced environment. Candidates are welcome to apply for multiple positions based on their experience and interests

Property Management Admin Support - Key Responsibilities

• Prepare leasing listings and upload bills/documents to CRM

• Manage keys, bonds, utilities, and safety compliance

• Organise files, photos, reports, and monthly PM referral fees

• Forward notices and support PMs with admin tasks

Residential Sales Admin Support - Key Responsibilities

• Maintain agent/agency profiles and listing information

• Prepare marketing materials and collect property details

• Support trust accounting processes

• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and liaise with suppliers

Qualifications & Requirements (Mandatory)

• Minimum 1 year experience in Australian real estate (PM admin or Sales admin)

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Virtual Assistant in a Western company

• Bachelor's degree

• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)

• Proficient in CRM systems (PropertyMe, Box+Dice, or similar)

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

• Strong teamwork and reliability

Technical Requirements

• Fiber Optic Internet: minimum 25 Mbps

• Desktop or laptop with the latest operating system
