CAD Operator (CSA & MEPFS)
Ø Producing rough sketches and using CAD software to prepare detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints for Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEPFS.
Ø Liaising with architects and engineers to gather product and structural requirements and designs.
Ø Bring together structural, mechanical and electrical designs and create a way or a method of accurately arranging them to produce building designs that are understandable and feasible.
Ø Draw detailed and rough scale plans for structures, foundations and buildings based upon preliminary concepts, sketches, specification sheets, engineering calculations and other provided data.
Ø Remaining professional when feedback is delivered, and implementing any changes to drafts as soon as possible.
Ø Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment report.
Ø Perform given related duties and responsibilities as and when required.
