Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hann Reserve, Bamban, Tarlac for an HR Benefits Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering, implementing, and rolling out the Company’s benefits programs. The core objective of this role is to evaluate and negotiate the best benefit proposals for both the Company and its employees, while ensuring staff are fully informed and able to optimize their applicable benefits.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four (4) year collegiate course, preferably of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course.

• At least 5 years of experience handling benefits section in similar industry

• MS Office proficient.

• HRIS familiarity an advantage.

• Willing to be assigned and work onsite at Hann Reserve, Bamban, Tarlac
