Office Staff - Customer Relations
Job Summary
The Customer Relations Staff is responsible for contacting prospective and existing customers via phone, promoting the company's products and services, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Lead Generation
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote the company's products and services.
Follow up on inquiries, leads, and customer referrals.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
Address customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
Handle objections effectively and offer appropriate solutions.
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Sales Administration
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Update customer databases and ensure information accuracy.
Market and Product Knowledge
Stay updated on company products, services, promotions, and industry trends.
Gather customer feedback and market insights to support business growth.
Monitor competitor offerings and share relevant information with management.
Team Collaboration
Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in sales/marketing with calling skills is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
