Digital Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities

1. Expanded Content Distribution & Scripting

YouTube: Edits or coordinates the editing of long-form video content and YouTube Shorts. Writes highly engaging, SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, and timestamps. Manages channel publishing and community engagement.

Substack: Owns the formatting and distribution of weekly long-form articles/newsletters. Ensures high readability, clean branding, and strategic links back to GHL funnels or booking pages.

Pinterest: Designs high-converting, click-worthy visual Pins in Canva. Writes SEO-optimized descriptions and titles to drive organic traffic back to Substack articles, landing pages, and the main website.

Core Social Media: Repurposes long-form video/audio into social carousels, reels, and written posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

2. Visual Asset Creation (Canva)

Develops high-end, cohesive, on-brand graphic templates for Pinterest Pins, YouTube Thumbnails, Substack headers, and social media feeds.

Creates digital workbooks, presentation slides, and lead magnet PDFs that reflect a high-calibre brand.

Script development - build the brand, engage and respond to comments and likes

3. Funnel & CRM Automation (GoHighLevel - Core)

Builds, updates, and optimizes landing pages, lead capture forms, and sales funnels within GHL.

Manages backend automation: set up workflows, email triggers, and SMS nurture sequences for webinars, strategic workshops, and quiz funnels.

Maintains impeccable CRM hygiene: tags leads accurately, tracks pipelines, and generates weekly data reports.

4. Comprehensive Executive Admin & Workspace Optimization (Previous Admin Tasks)

Google Workspace Mastery: Audits, cleans, and systematically organizes Google Drive files and folders to ensure team-wide accessibility and seamless asset location.

Communication & Calendar Management: Oversees and filters email inbox outreach; manages calendar booking links, resolves scheduling conflicts, and protects the founder's time for high-leverage coaching.

Workflow Automation: Assists in setting up and managing digital workflows, task tracking (e.g., Trello or ClickUp), and automated assistants to keep professional deliverables on track.

5. Onboarding Clients Team & Project Coordination:

Acts as a central point of contact to ensure administrative tasks flow smoothly between internal team members and associates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Platform Mastery: Advanced, proven experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) and Canva.

Omnichannel Experience: Demonstrable track record managing and growing YouTube channels, Substack publications, and Pinterest business accounts for B2B or high-ticket coaching brands.

SEO Copywriting & Scripting: Ability to write compelling, high-converting copy (video scripts, pins, newsletters) that matches a specific, direct, high-performance tone.

High-End Digital Organization: Exceptional skills in Google Workspace optimization, email gatekeeping, and task delegation tracking.
