Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing an excellent customer experience through phone, email, chat, or social media support.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem solver, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
All technical equipment and resources will be provided by the company for remote work.
