Recruitment Operations Specialist – Fixed Term Contractor

Job Qualifications:

• College graduate of 4 year course

• MUST HAVE at least 1 year -  2 years of BPO recruitment experience (end-to-end recruitment, volume hiring, proactive sourcing)

• can start ASAP

• has previous successful work experience in volume hiring

• can work with minimal supervision

• assertive and resourceful

• must be amenable to work onsite

• flexible to work in shifting, extended schedule and weekends

• must be open for a fixed-term contract of 7 months
