Operations & Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Operations & Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with customers, managing social media platforms, and supporting daily business operations.

As part of our team, you will gain hands-on experience in the generator sets and spare parts industry while working in a stable and professional environment with opportunities for career growth and commission incentives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and post content on Facebook, Instagram, and other online platforms

• Respond to customer inquiries through chat, calls, and social media

• Assist clients with product inquiries and basic coordination

• Support sales operations and daily office activities

• Coordinate with team members regarding customer requests and follow-ups

• Help maintain organized records and reports

What we're looking for

• At least High School Graduate

• Preferably with 1–2 years of work experience

• Experience in generator sets, auto parts, machinery, or related industries is an advantage, but not required

• Familiar with social media platforms and basic MS Office tools

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Responsible, professional, and willing to learn

• Can work independently and as part of a team
