Influencer Outreach Coordinator / TikTok Creator Manager
Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Influencer Outreach Coordinator / TikTok Creator Manager to join a fast-paced campaign focused on recruiting U.S.-based TikTok creators to post branded content. This role involves identifying and contacting qualified creators, managing all follow-up communications, tracking campaign progress daily, and delivering structured weekly funnel reports. The ideal candidate is a confident and persuasive communicator with solid TikTok platform knowledge and a proven ability to execute high-volume outreach independently and on target.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and build targeted lists of qualified U.S.-based TikTok creators who align with campaign targeting criteria
Execute high-volume outreach to 70–100 creator contacts per week via direct message, email, or other appropriate channels
Follow up persistently and professionally with creators to secure firm content posting commitments within tight turnaround windows
Track outreach status, replies, confirmed creators, and posted content daily using shared tracking tools
Prepare and deliver weekly funnel reports covering the complete campaign pipeline: outreach → reply → confirmed → posted
Maintain thorough and well-organized records of all creator communications and campaign data throughout the campaign
Coordinate with the broader team to surface blockers, refine messaging, and improve outreach strategy as the campaign develops
Consistently meet weekly targets and contribute to the campaign's overall goal of securing approximately 100 posting creators by the campaign deadline
Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience running influencer or creator outreach campaigns, preferably on TikTok
Strong written English with the ability to craft outreach messages that are persuasive, professional, and effective at converting
Working familiarity with TikTok as a platform including creator culture, content formats, and community norms
Experience managing high-volume outreach campaigns and maintaining organized response pipelines
Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for structured daily tracking and weekly reporting
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills with a consistent track record of meeting daily and weekly performance targets
Preferred Skills:
Specific hands-on experience working with U.S.-based TikTok creators or influencers
Familiarity with CRM or dedicated outreach tracking tools beyond spreadsheets
Background in social media marketing, brand partnerships, or affiliate campaign management
Ability to read response data and adapt outreach messaging in real time to improve conversion
Experience in fast-paced, target-driven campaign environments with compressed timelines
