Sr. QA Automation Engineer

Job Purpose: 

A critical role to ensure the delivery of UAT testing processes. The Quality Assurance Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional to high-quality software and systems by designing, implementing, and executing ROB teams to identify and address defects, improve product reliability, and enhance user satisfaction. By developing and maintaining testing frameworks, tools, and documentation, the role supports continuous improvement and adherence to industry standards, ensuring the organization's solutions meet business requirements and exceed customer expectations. 

Key Accountabilities 

• Review software requirements and create detailed test cases 

• Perform manual testing and create and execute automated test scripts 

• Document test results and log defects in tracking system 

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, address quality concerns, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. 

• Participate in daily stand-up meetings with development team 

• Update product specifications and documentation 

• Familiar with Agile/Scrum, adoption of Agile/Scrum principles 

Qualifications 

• At least 6 years of experience with Automated Testing in .NET

• Knowledge of the SDLC 

• Experience in Jira, Confluence

• Proficiency in Version Control Principles, Database Testing and System Integration Testing 

• Experience with either Selenium, Cucumber, Bitbucket, Jenkins or IntelliJ IDEA, Azure DevOps
