The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of dedicated Australian paraplanning experience within financial advisory or wealth management environments
• Hands-on paraplanning and technical support experience required; general financial planning or adviser-only backgrounds are not suitable
• Advanced Diploma in Financial Services (Paraplanning) or equivalent qualification required
• Strong knowledge of Australian superannuation, retirement planning, Centrelink, aged care, and personal insurance
• Proven experience preparing compliant and technically accurate SoAs and RoAs
• High proficiency in Xplan, Xtools+, financial modelling, product research, and strategy comparisons
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume workloads while maintaining compliance and accuracy
• Excellent communication, stakeholder collaboration, time management, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
• Willing and able to work onsite as required

Your Daily Tasks

• Prepare accurate, compliant, and comprehensive Statements of Advice (SoAs) and Records of Advice (RoAs)
• Conduct detailed financial modelling using Xplan and Xtools+
• Conduct product research and prepare comparisons
• Enter and manage client data within financial software
• Implement financial plans in collaboration with financial advisers
• Support the development of client servicing policies and procedures
• Deliver tasks within agreed turnaround times
