Sales Admin Assistant
Job Description:
To create and coordinate request of CE/TS for spare parts and consumables daily
To encode accurately Field Service Reports (FR) of Customer Engineers (CE) on a daily basis.
To submit weekly reports on the SMS, Maintenance and spare parts sale summary and other field service status reports.
Prepare corresponding quotations, contracts, Delivery Receipts, Invoices, Transportation reimbursements and other documents needed by CEs in servicing.
To see to it that all documents needed in the preparation of incentives claims of SEs are updated and complete.
To prepare monthly CE productivity report for monitoring and evaluation purposes
To update and submit to FSD Manager list of accounts with warranty! maintenance to expire.
To do other task as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Any bachelor's degree, preferably administration or computer-related course
At least with 1 year administration experience
