• Hands-on experience performing clerical and administrative tasks such as document filing, issuance tracking, revision updates, and preparation of document logs or reports.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for managing inventory and tracking procurement; familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with purchasing and other departments.
• Proactive approach to identifying and addressing discrepancies in inventory, procurement requests, and attendance records to prevent operational delays.
