Billing and Collection Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily billing and collection operations
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of invoices, statements, and billing reports
Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts
Develop and implement effective collection strategies
Coordinate with clients regarding billing discrepancies and payment arrangements
Review and reconcile customer accounts
Prepare monthly AR aging and collection performance reports
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and legal requirements
Handle escalated collection concerns and customer disputes
Train, mentor, and evaluate billing and collection staff
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
At least 5 years supervisory experience preferred
Strong knowledge of billing procedures and collection processes
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
