The Accounting Assistant is responsible for analysis of accounts and for providing accurate and timely financial reports of the companies.

To enable this, he/she is expected to:

For Management Reporting:

  • Perform revenue and cost analysis;

  • Prepare financial reports, schedules, statistics, and other needed reports;

  • Perform and prepare variance analysis and variance analysis and budget reports;

For Tax Administration:

  • Perform in Tax Administration from generating reports to sending the summary for funding and payments;

  • Monitor and validate correctness of filing and payments;

  • Accomplish Tax compliance and BIR audit requirements;

For Financial Audit, Bank Reconciliation and Balance Sheet Analysis:

  • Provide Financial audit requirements and submit the audit report in various government agencies on-time;

  • Prepare bank reconciliation and provide necessary report/documents for approval;

  • Prepare balance sheet analysis from generating data up to submission of report for approval;

Job Qualifications:

To be successful on the job, the ideal candidate must be:

  • A graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any related course

  • Preferably with 1 year experience with the same role but Fresh Graduates are welcome

  • Experience in Tax Administration

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

  • Trainable in the use of in-house systems and applications

  • Good in problem solving and analytical skills.
