Receptionist Associate
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room schedules
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization
Provide administrative and clerical support to different departments
Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as needed
Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Maintain records, logs, and filing systems
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person
Ensure visitors follow company security and sign-in procedures
Assist with data entry and basic office tasks
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
