Our Facility Management team is seeking a Manager – Facility Management to join our team in Hong Kong.

 

What you’ll do

Handling of daily repair and maintenance

  • Attend daily/emergency repair enquiries and order from office, car showroom and car repairing centre.

  • Seek quotation/prepare tender for regular repair/maintenance services including but not limited to HVAC service, Fire Service, Electrical Service, CCTV, Door access system or etc.

  • Conduct regular site safety checks to ensure strict compliance with latest statutory requirements.

  • Supervise performance of term contractors ensuring high standards of service is being delivered.

  • Handling special projects, e.g. EV charger installation, DG Stores new application/relocation or etc.

  • Strict compliance of the above duties according to Internal Control requirements.

 

Take lead for fitting-out, modification and renovation projects

  • Inspect condition of premise and facilities.

  • Budget estimation and CAPEX application from management.

  • Execution of Corporate Image and stakeholder’s design requirements.

  • Appointment of professionals, review tender documents and building drawings.

  • Liaison with landlord and site management office for necessary government submission.

  • Attend site meetings, oversee project works and cost control management.

  • Well documentation of all communications and records during the course of works.


Environment, Health & Safey

  • Manage site work environment, attend quarterly safety meetings and annual safety audit from Insurance broker.

  • Explore and identify energy saving initiatives for achievement of group assigned carbon emission saving target.

  • Monitor execution of saving initiatives and manage data reporting.

  • Propose corrective actions if required.

 

About you

To be successful in this role, you will be:

  • A degree holder in Electrical, Building Service Engineering or related discipline.

  • 5-8 years relevant experience in property or facilities management of which at least 3 years in manager role with proven track record of management.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, problem solving and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proactive mindset with ability to work independently and lead change.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
