The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Lending Associate to join us in supporting the brokerage with end-to-end loan processing. You’ll take ownership of managing mortgage applications from submission through to settlement, working across platforms such as ApplyOnline and Infynity.

This is a full-time, long-term contractor role (monthly invoicing), ideal for someone who wants to be part of a growing business and is passionate about delivering a smooth client experience.

Key Responsibilities

·        Prepare, lodge, and track residential, commercial, and asset finance loan applications

·        Manage CRM records and pipelines in BrokerEngine (and other broker platforms as required)

·        Perform servicing and borrowing capacity assessments across multiple lender policies

·        Liaise directly with clients, lenders, and referral partners to gather and verify documents

·        Ensure compliance, accuracy, and seamless loan progression from application to settlement

·        Provide proactive support to the Director to deliver an outstanding client experience

What You’ll Need

·        3-5 years’ experience in Australian mortgage processing (residential or commercial)

·        Proficiency in ApplyOnline and Infynity (experience with BrokerEngine will be valued)

·        Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a client-first approach

·        High attention to detail, excellent organisation and time management skills

·        A reliable work-from-home setup (i5 CPU, 16GB RAM, SSD, Windows 11 or equivalent)

·        Registered contractor with BIR (TIN and Certificate of Registration)
