Accounts Payable Officer (On-Site) - Day Shift, Weekends Off!

📌 This is a full-time, onsite role. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not offered and will not be considered at any stage of the interview process.
Join our dynamic team at Williams Corporation as an Accounts Payable Officer. The successful candidate will oversee essential accounts payable and administrative functions to ensure efficient operations across our locations while also contributing to implementing innovative AI initiatives to streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process supplier invoices in Lentune, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Reconcile supplier statements to invoices and credit notes, ensuring timely payments
Respond to supplier queries promptly and professionally.
Process weekly and monthly payments.
Send remittances to suppliers post-payment.
Maintain supplier records in Lentune and Xero, including adding new suppliers and updating existing details.
Process overseas payments and manage related expenses, including the Cebu office.
Obtain credit card documentation and journal transactions to appropriate codes.
Support integrating and implementing AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.
Assist with month-end reporting as required.
What We Are Looking For:
CPA certification isn't required, but preferred and will be given priority
Proven experience in accounts payable and general accounting functions.
Minimum 2+ years of accounts payable experience is required.
Proficiency in Lentune and Xero accounting software.
Experience with either Lentune or Xero accounting software is sufficient.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Clear and professional communication skills.
A proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
