About the role
GDV BUSINESS SERVICES CO.' is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Santa Cruz Manila City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that involves providing excellent voice, chat and email support to our valued customers.
What you'll be doing
Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, chat and email channels
Provide knowledgeable and friendly assistance to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of customer service
What we're looking for
1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport with customers
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in handling multiple communication channels (phone, chat, email)
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
