HR Manager (Waterfront Insular Hotel Davao)

a.     Graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably major in Psychology

b.   At least five (5) years of working experience in human resources, two (2) years of which in managerial capacity

c.   Extensive knowledge and practice in the facets of recruitment, occupational health, employee relations, wage, salary and benefits and other related areas of human resource management

d.   Familiarity with concepts on occupational health and safety as well as labor laws in the areas of due process, compensation and wages, mandatory benefits

e.   Knowledgeable of interviewing and counseling techniques

f.    Literacy in computer operations with background in HR systems

g.   Above average communication and interpersonal skills
