Associate Relations Specialist
Serves as the main point of contact for associates and leaders regarding non-complex employee relations concerns, such as attendance issues, policy clarifications, employee complaints, and coaching support.
Key responsibilities may include providing guidance and coaching to employees and managers in line with company policy and legal direction, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations. The role also handles case intake, documentation, tracking, and reporting, supports inquiries related to the ARRT system/tools, manages the ARRT mailbox, and provides data management assistance for Legal and investigation teams.
Qualifications include a BA/BS degree and at least one (1) year of HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
