Marketing Generalist

Office Location: Loakan, Baguio City

Supports business growth through lead generation, SEO, and social media execution. Involves hands-on marketing activities, including campaign execution, content support, and performance tracking to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Build targeted lead lists and maintain accurate lead tracker/CRM records

• Support outreach campaigns and follow-ups through email, LinkedIn, and messaging platforms

• Create, schedule, and manage social media content across different channels

• Maintain a content calendar and assist with writing marketing copy and captions

• Implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, and improving online visibility

• Monitor and track weekly performance metrics such as leads generated, response rates, bookings, and social media engagement

• Assist in general marketing initiatives while ensuring organized and timely execution of tasks

Requirements

• Experience in lead generation, SEO, and social media marketing

• Strong communication and attention to detail

• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently

• Comfortable using spreadsheets and basic online tools

Nice to have

• Email marketing experience

• Basic Canva/design skills

• Experience supporting Meta/LinkedIn ads
