Proven experience in Microsoft Office and SAP software.

Job Description:
Fast-track the acquisition of required materials to prevent operational downtime.
Manage routine official business tasks, particularly the timely pickup of materials that are ready for release and already under purchase order (PO).
Take the lead in preparing and processing Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs), specifically for the admin team.
Provide proactive clerical support to ensure that all receipts and documents from cash purchases or pickups are properly accounted for, filed, and audit-compliant.

ANGAT HYDROPOWER CORPORATION (AHC)
The Angat Hydroelectric Power Plant (AHEPP), located in the Angat Watershed Reservation in San Lorenzo, Norzagaray, Bulacan, was privatized through an asset purchase agreement between Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management (PSALM) and Korea Water Resources Corporation (K-Water). In November 2014, through our subsidiary PowerOne Ventures Energy Inc. (PVEI), we acquired a 60% stake in Angat Hydropower Corporation (AHC). AHC's local technical team undertakes the operation and maintenance of AHEPP, while K-Water provides the technical expertise.
AHEPP has a total electricity generating capacity of 218 MW, comprising of four main units and three auxiliary units. These units utilize Francis-type turbines, most commonly used in hydroelectric power generation.
Aside from AHC, water rights surrounding the AHEPP are co-owned and governed by the following entities with its perspective purposes, pursuant to the Water Code of the Philippines and Angat Reservoir Operations Rules issued by the National Water Resources Board (NWRB):
Metro Manila Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS) - for domestic water supply to Metro Manila;Provincial government of Bulacan - for water supply and flood control structure of Bulacan Province; andNational Irrigation Administration (NIA) - for irrigation of 30,000 hectares of land in Bulacan and Pampanga
