Electronic Ticketing System Specialist
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled Electronic Ticketing System Specialist to support maintenance and operational activities for automated fare collection equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, equipment validation, and technical support related to rail operations and AFCS equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform Level 1 and Level 2 corrective maintenance for reported AFCS defects
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
Replace or repair defective hardware components
Conduct root cause analysis of system faults
Execute routine preventive maintenance activities
Test and evaluate newly deployed hardware
Provide technical assistance for rail-related activities and special projects
Serve as the first point of contact for users reporting equipment issues
Validate, inspect, and report AFCS equipment status to supervisors, clients, or support teams
Label and manage defective spare parts/components
Assist in document and inventory transmission
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and office spaces
Qualifications
Graduate of at least a Vocational course, preferably related to:
Information Technology (IT)
Electrical Engineering (EE)
Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics-related fields
Familiarity with automated fare collection systems and common repair techniques
Knowledgeable in the basic components and functions of AFCS equipment
Willing to do fieldwork and work on shifting schedules
Preferably with a valid driver’s license and driving experience
Fresh graduates with relevant technical background are encouraged to apply

OUR DETAILED SERVICES INCLUDE:
Payroll Administration and Management – ASTICOM will be responsible for the overall payroll management of the client's employee. This service includes the implementation of Asticom's very own payroll system.
Outsourcing/Shared Service Model – ASTICOM will enter an engagement with the client wherein Asticom will act as a service provider that will directly manage operations (people, tools of work, productivity, and others).
Staffing Services – ASTICOM will enter an agreement with the client as the principal. Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
