Change and Risk Management Lead (Banking & Financial)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and implement change management strategies and plans.
Identify, assess, and monitor project and operational risks.
Develop and execute risk mitigation and contingency plans.
Ensure alignment of change initiatives with business goals.
Communicate changes and impacts to stakeholders and leadership.
Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
Promote risk awareness and change adoption across teams.
Ensure compliance with governance, policies, and frameworks.
Monitor and report on risk status and change progress.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree or relevant certifications are an advantage (MBA, Change Management, Risk Management, PMP, PRINCE2).
At least 7–10 years of experience in Change Management, Risk Management, or Project Management.
Proven experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
Strong knowledge of risk assessment, mitigation, governance, and compliance processes.
Experience with change management frameworks such as ADKAR or PROSCI and risk frameworks like ISO 31000 or COSO.
Skilled in stakeholder management, impact assessment, communication planning, and reporting.
Experience managing risk registers, audits, and regulatory requirements.
Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or structured project delivery methodologies.
Able to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Must be willing to work as a Service Consultant; full onsite for the first 3 months, then transition to a hybrid setup.
