Management Trainee
Reports To: Vice President for Human Resources

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
The Management Training Program is a 1 year comprehensive training initiative that will equip our Management Trainees with necessary knowledge and skill sets to become future specialists and leaders of the organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales
Performs warm and cold calling tasks daily.
Responds to all queries of marketing generated leads (warm leads) in a timely manner.
Sets meeting appointment, visits the clients and conducts reconciliation with them.
Provide information about our products and services and sets clear expectations to clients.
Prepares customer sales forecast so that product team can plan ahead of time.
Encode order information to the company's system, make sure it contains the correct pricing, discount percentage, and product specifications.
Ensures complete and timely delivery of our products by proper coordination with other departments.
Helps collection department in collecting payments if there are overdue balances from customers.
Works alongside the sales manager and unit leader to align brand sales, monitor sales performance, and generate sales reports.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients, internal and external.
Ensures sales goals and metrics are met.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or any related course.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
