Job Title: Mortgage Loan Admin
Location: Hybrid in Makati office
Schedule: Dayshift | NZ business hours
Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our team with administrative tasks, appointment setting, and lead generation. This role is ideal for someone who is a fast learner, has a positive attitude, and communicates well.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to set appointments and generate leads from an existing database
Provide administrative support for Mortgages and KiwiSaver
Assist with Insurance tasks as needed (backup support)
Maintain and update records using CRM systems
Support day-to-day operational tasks
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience using Trail CRM or similar CRM tools
Background in phone-based roles (appointment setting or lead generation)
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Quick learner with a positive, can-do attitude
