Permits and Compliance Staff
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage permits and licenses requirements for our projects. The role involves close coordination with government agencies, preparation of regulatory documents, and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Secure certified true copies of tax declarations, land titles, and tax clearances.
File applications for Building Permits, Occupancy Permits, and other related transactions with concerned government offices/agencies. (Connections with Batangas City LGUs are an advantage but not required.)
Prepare and process Payment Orders (P.O.) for regulatory fees and service fees related to Environment Compliance Certificates (ECC), Certificates of Non-Coverage (CNC), Soil Boring Tests, and other permit-related services.
Organize and maintain project files and documentation.
Coordinate and build professional relationships with LGUs and regulatory agencies.
Prepare dockets for License to Sell applications with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD).
Follow up on the status of permits with the City Engineer’s Office, City Planning and Development Office, Bureau of Fire, DHSUD, and other relevant agencies.
Perform fieldwork as needed to ensure timely processing of permits.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of government permitting processes and compliance requirements.
Experience in dealing with LGUs and regulatory agencies.
Excellent organizational and clerical skills.
Ability to manage fieldwork and multitask effectively.
Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping.
