We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our Executive Search team as a Senior Consultant.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment: 
• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment. 
• Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure delivery aligns with client expectations.
• Stay informed on talent market trends, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
Client Management: 
• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, workforce plans, and business objectives.
• Provide consultative recruitment solutions to each client’s requirements.
• Lead discussions and negotiations on contracts, and service agreements to build long-term partnerships.
Business Development: 
• Proactively develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and market intelligence. 
• Contribute to revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and senior decision makers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of experience in 360-degree recruitment, preferably within an agency or recruitment consulting environment.
• Proven experience in account management and business development.
• Prior exposure to PEO, staffing, outsourcing, or dispatch services is a strong advantage.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
