Job Description
As College Professor, you will be responsible for designing and implementing teaching-learning activities.
You will play an important role in:
· designing outcome-based instructional plans and materials
· facilitating online and face-to-face teaching-learning activities
· coaching students to enhance academic performance
To succeed in this role, we will need you to :
· have completed a vertically aligned completed Master's Degree
· have a least 1 year relevant work experience in an academic, training or industry setting
· adept in instructional design & delivery, use of instructional technology and learning management systems
· have very good communication and interpersonal skills
