HR Intern - Hybrid Setup
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will provide essential support to the HR department by assisting with a variety of administrative tasks. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, including payroll, recruitment, and employee development, while learning about the daily functions of a thriving HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for job vacancies from different job portals
Conduct background checks for shortlisted candidates
Check pre-employment requirements of newly hired employees
Monitor Manpower Request Form (MRF)
Assist with updating and maintaining employee records
Help prepare reports and other HR-related materials
Assist with various HR-related tasks, including onboarding and employee engagement activities
Other responsibilities that may be assigned
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related course
Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Must have own laptop or PC
Preferably residing in Taguig or nearby cities (Makati, Pasig, Pasay and Mandaluyong)
Please note that an allowance is provided for this role, which follows a hybrid setup with onsite reporting at least once a week and work-from-home arrangement for the rest of the schedule.
