We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Staff to support daily administrative operations at our Cebu site. The role involves handling clerical and administrative tasks while assisting different departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and organize office documents and records

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries

  • Assist in data entry and report preparation

  • Support daily administrative and clerical tasks

  • Coordinate with team members and departments when needed

Qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School graduate or College level

  • Computer literate, especially in MS Office applications

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience is a plus
