Adoro is an E-commerce company behind the brand Chowa, focused on sleep health and wellness bedding products such as ergonomic pillows, toppers, seat cushions, and sleep accessories. Our mission is to improve quality of life through better rest, delivering quality products and a convenient online shopping experience.

Job Description

• Manage and update website content, promotions, and features to align with our ecommerce and performance marketing strategies.

• Build and iterate website pages on a continuous cycle, and plan and execute monthly A/B tests with variant builds and clear results documentation.

• Lead the implementation, UAT testing, and integration of new website features and third-party apps.

• Upgrade and customize existing website themes while resolving UI/UX issues to elevate overall website performance.

• Track site speed, monitor system health, and act as the first-line support to quickly diagnose and document technical issues.

• Collaborate with the E-Commerce & Marketing Creative team on campaign execution, and act as the main technical point of contact for external developers and third-party vendors.

• Explore and adopt emerging e-commerce tools, AI, and automations to improve workflows, conversion rates, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Gender: Any

• Age: 25 - 35 years old

• Education: Bachelor's to Master's Degree

• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in E-commerce Website Management, Technical Project Management, or a similar role.

• Proven experience managing e-commerce websites and integrating third-party apps.

• Proficiency in CMS work, including content updates, theme customization, and app

• configurations.

• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for theme edits and minor frontend troubleshooting.

• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, website performance (site speed, system health), and basic UX/UI principles.

• Comfortable using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate website development, debugging, and problem-solving.

• Strong ownership mindset for delivery quality, with willingness to test, learn, and adapt quickly.

• Good English reading skills for documentation, AI tools, and third-party app references.

• Portfolio or examples of previous website work (e.g., live URLs, GitHub, or case studies) is a plus.
  

Working Days & Hours

• Monday – Friday

• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Hybrid: Work from home 2 days/week
