About the role

As a Membership Sales Associate at Anytime Fitness Philippines, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our fitness club in General Santos City, South Cotabato. This full-time position involves engaging with prospective members, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive experience that encourages long-term membership.

What you'll be doing

1. Actively engage with potential members, understand their fitness goals, and present the benefits of Anytime Fitness membership

2. Conduct facility tours and demonstrations to showcase the equipment and amenities available

3. Process new member sign-ups and handle all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks

4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing members, ensuring their needs are met and they feel valued

5. Actively participate in sales and marketing initiatives to promote membership packages and drive club growth

6. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any member inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner

7. Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment within the fitness club

What we're looking for

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with people from all backgrounds

2. Sales experience, preferably in the fitness or service industry, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets

3. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a positive and memorable experience for members

4. Enthusiasm for health, fitness, and assisting others in achieving their wellness goals

5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

6. Familiarity with basic fitness equipment and a willingness to learn more about the industry

7. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our members
